TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Kel Developments, Ref 24/10077/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 10 for PA 22/01485/B detailing the Construction Environmental Management Plan at Part Of Field No. 121388 And Former Dale Nurseries Oatlands Road Andreas Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department on 26.07.2024 titled: CEMP Document - Rev A Drg TC 220722 Tree Constraints Drg TR 220722 Tree Removal Impact Environmental and Sustainabilty Document Method Statement and Risk Assessment Site Compound And Construction Plan-Rev A

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 10 of application 20/01485/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
