TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Stephen Desmond, Ref 24/10062/AIR, for the Information in relation to conditions 3 and 4 of PA 23/01192/B for bird and bat boxes / nesting habitats at Lower Ballavarkish Grenaby Road Ballabeg Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 4HD .

This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 21.06.2024 and 08.07.2024 titled: Application Form, Approval Notice 2301192B and CA3294-003 Ecology Plan rev A.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory to meet the planning conditions 3 and 4 of application 23/01192/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
