Additional Report following Planning Committee - Monday 17th September 2012 Planning Application 12/01117/B – Removal of existing front boundary wall to form off-street parking in front garden, 11 Third Ave., Onchan Prior to the Planning Officer’s presentation, the Highways Engineer (Mrs Fletcher) advised the Committee members and the Planning Officer, that after a further site inspection, the Highways Division no longer objected to the proposal. Consequently, although the application would have not needed to have gone to Planning Committee, the Chairman requested that the presentation be heard.
