In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 28th January 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a poly-tunnel as shown in drawings K/39/3B and K/571/3 received 22nd December 2010.
- In the event of the poly-tunnel erected under this approval becoming redundant it must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.
- The poly-tunnel may only be used for agricultural purposes.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
