In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Eden Park Development Limited, Ref 24/10025/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 9 for PA 22/00416/B - Lighting Plan for development south of cooil road, Braddan, Isle of Man. at Field 521881 Cooil Road Douglas Isle Of Man .
Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is in relation to the following submissions:

- o OP000187205 LD20171 CALCULATION submitted on the 20/06/2024
NOTE The approved documents and plans would be considered satisfactory to meet planning condition 9 of application 22/00416/B with the understanding that the approved scheme shall be fully adhered to and retained thereafter.
