In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Delgatie Ltd, Ref 24/10019/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 46 for PA 20/01467/B - Information for bird boxes on block A of the former Marine Biological Station, Port Erin. at Marine Biological Station Breakwater Road Port Erin Isle Of Man IM9 6JA .

This decision is in relation to the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, RBA_224_(2A)_A203_P04_Block A South Elevation and cover letter for the discharge of condition 46 submitted on the 15.02.2024.
NOTE In this instance of the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, RBA_224_(2A)_A203_P04_Block A South Elevation and cover letter for the discharge of condition 46 as well as consultation with the agent and after consultation with the ecopolicy officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 46 of application 20/01467/B with the understanding that the boxes shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter.
