TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Eden Business Park, Ref 24/10021/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 19 of PA 22/00416/B - Construction Traffic Management Plan on the land south of Cooil Road. at Field 521881 Cooil Road Douglas Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and a construction traffic management plan which were submitted on the 20/02/2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and a construction traffic management plan and after consultation with the highways development engineer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 19 of application 22/00416/B with the understanding that development must be undertaken in accordance with these details.
