TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Julian Wood, Ref 24/10023/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 23/00739/B - Schedule of materials for land at demolished Ballatiki, Ballaugh. at Land At Demolished Ballatiki Shore Road Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5AZ .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted schedule of materials, examples of the stone patterns and an application for the discharge of conditions which were submitted on the 28.02.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted schedule of materials, examples of the stone patterns and an application for the discharge of conditions and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 23/00739/B with the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
