TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John & Mrs Anne Lee, Ref 20/00779/MCH, for the Minor changes application to PA18/01279/B involving change to gate design and material at Crofton Mews The Crofts Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1LW .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision relates to the site plan and drawings no. 2 and 2A, all received 27.07.20. NOTE The applied for amendment to the gate is hereby approved.
