In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Ramsey Town Commissioners Proposal: Creation of two additional parking spaces and new vehicular access, installation of security gates and new access doorway at: Ramsey Town Hall Parliament Square Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1RT
which was considered on 24th September 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 26th September 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07 date stamped the 4th July 2012 and drawing no.s 08 and 09 date stamped the 29th August 2012.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
