In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes Ltd, Ref 20/00005/MCH, for the Minor changes application for PA 17/00596/B involving alteration to rear and side elevations from brickwork to render to plots 110 to 112 at 110 - 114 Royal Park Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3UH.

Any notes which apply to this decision are set out below. Approval is hereby given for all of the changes proposed.

This decision relates to the following plans/drawings/information (all date stamped as having been received 14.01.20): - Drawing No. 24 (Site Plan); - Drawing No. 35 (Plots 107 - 112 Plans and Elevations
