I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 4th February 2019.

The Commissioners recommend that the application still be REFUSED on the grounds that: "The proposed fails to comply with General Policy 2 (h), (i) of the Island Strategic Plan namely it has an adverse effect on road safety." Yours faithfully,
