In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given EXPRESS CONSENT to Tesco Stores Ltd for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 13th July 2012.
In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;
Installation of illuminated and non illuminated signage.
The site for positioning the advert is;
Tesco Store Lake Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 5AF
The conditions for such placement are;
1) The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of years from the date of this notice.
2) This approval relates to the location plan, site plan and drawing no.s 01_2396_01, 02_2396_02, 02_2396_03, CD-A03311-01, CD-A03311-02 date stamped the 7th June 2012.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
