PA 12/00841/B J R Creer Ltd Alteration and extension to existing farm shop to create cafe facility and creation of new vehicular access Middle Cordeman Farm Cordeman Road St Marks Malew ### Supplemental Report At the Planning Committee meeting held on the 10th December 2012, the Planning Committee determined to approve the application but to vary the proposed conditions of approval to reflect that the Committee did not consider it necessary to restrict sales to goods grown at the farm and the Committee expressed the wish that the shop be limited to selling Manx grown produce only which ought to help with the viability of the project. The Committee also discussed the opening hours of the shop and whilst noting that the applicants only seek to open daytimes on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, they saw no reason why there should be an opening hours restriction at all. The conditions were amended as below. C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. C 2. This approval relates to the alteration and extension to existing farm shop to create cafe facility and creation of new vehicular access as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 1149.1, 1149.2, 1149.3 and 1149.4 REV A received on 6th June 2012 and 30th October 2012. C 3. The only items which may be sold from the proposed shop are ~~vegetables or meat~~ items of food or drink produced on the Island. As endorsed by the Members on their minutes Gt . p 17/12/12.
