In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20th August 2012, for the reasons set out below.

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The existing building is not of architectural, historic, or social interest and as such the proposed development would contravene Housing Policy 11 and accordingly would represent unwarranted development in the countryside. It follows that the proposal would fail to meet with the provisions of Spatial Policy 5, General Policy 3 and Housing Policy 4.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
