If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions are attached to the approval notice:
a. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
b. This approval relates to the alterations and erection of extension to dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing 10 0654 01 A all received on 25th April 2012.

Dear Mr. Johnstone, Re: Additional use of office space above garage as tourist living accommodation - Fo-Glion, Glen Rushen Road, Glen Maye - 12/00619/C Please find a statement that set out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.
The statement comprises of four parts:
- A copy of the Planning Officers report which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be refused. This was considered and accepted by the Senior Planning Officer on the 7th June 2012;
- Copy of the decision notice for this planning application;
- A set of site aerial photographs of the site; and
- A set of amended conditions in the event that the appointed Planning Inspector is minded to recommend that the application be approved.
