In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John Kneen And Mrs Sonya Kneen, Ref 23/10094/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 5 for PA 22/01308/B for a building record in accordance with level two as set out in Understanding Historic Buildings: A Guide to Good Recording Practise. at Ballaoates Farm Ballavagher Road St Johns Isle Of Man IM4 3JE.

In this instance of the submitted Application and Ballaoates Historic Photo Record and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 5 of application 22/01308/B.
