TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Ravenhill Resources Ltd, Ref 23/10082/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 6 for PA 19/01324/B for soft landscaping at Field 314758 Main Road St Johns Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance of the submitted 0725-PL150 Landscaping Site Plan rev B, New Tree Planting Maintenance and Aftercare schedule rev C, application and cover letter and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 6 of application 19/01324/B with the understanding that all soft landscaping works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and all hard landscape works shall be permanently retained in accordance with the approved details.

This decision relates to 0725-PL150 Landscaping Site Plan rev B, New Tree Planting Maintenance and Aftercare schedule rev C, application and cover letter submitted 20/08/2023.
