In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs John & Sophie Kneen, Ref 23/10066/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 8 for PA 22/01450/B for a bat survey to indentify impacts on bat species. at Ballaoates Farm Ballavagher Road St Johns Isle Of Man IM4 3JE.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the application and bat survey submitted on 23/06/23

NOTE In relation to Condition 8 of the approval, the submitted details (Application and Bat Survey which was received 26.06.23), are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 8 of this planning application.
