TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Carl & Mrs Tracy Underwood, Ref 23/10065/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2, 7 & 10 for PA 23/00203/B for information on proposed roofing material, foul and water drainage details and bird and bat boxes. at Ballakindry Mill Ballagawne Road Ballabeg Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 4PD .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance of the submitted material and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the following planning conditions:Condition 2 with the understanding the development shall be carried out using the approved natural slates, and shall, thereafter, be permanently retained and maintained.Condition 7 with the understanding such approved drainage scheme shall be installed prior to the development hereby permitted being first occupied and shall thereafter be retained and maintained at all times. Condition 10 with the understanding that boxes will be installed as per the agreed plans.
