In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Thomas Hampden & Mrs Lara Elizabeth Inskip, Ref 23/10058/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 & 3 for PA 22/01524/CON for details of work and the schedule of materials, finishes and samples to be used. at Lorne House Douglas Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1AZ .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to information submitted on the 06.06.23.
NOTE In relation to Condition 2 & 3 of the approval, the submitted details (Application, schedule of materials, plans and drawings for the glazed roof structure to entrance porch and the over ridge roof light for the discharge of condition 2 as well as samples of the proposed gate and railings, glazed roof structure, buscot limestone sample for the north west elevation, cast iron down pipe (with intended colour swatch) and cast aluminium pipe and gutter for the discharge of condition 3. submitted 06.06.23), are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 2 & 3 of this planning application.
