TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Callum Hutchinson, Ref 23/10005/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 of 22/00949/B - Drainage details at Land North West Of Ballaragh Old Farmhouse Ballaragh Laxey Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. Drawing Nos. 20 1450/06 rev A (Boundary Wall Plan & Elevations) and 20 1450/07 rev A (Boundary Wall Sections) dated 10 February 2023.

NOTE It is considered that Drawing Nos. 20 1450/06 rev A (Boundary Wall Plan & Elevations) and 20 1450/07 rev A (Boundary Wall Sections) received 10 February 2023 satisfy Condition 2 of the approval, although the condition will not be fully satisfied until such times as the works indicated on the plans have been carried out in full and retained as such.
