In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Ms Erin Cregeen, Ref 23/00649/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA 20/00447/B for additional rear ground floor window at The Coach House Ballagawne Road Ballabeg Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 4LF.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to drawing numbers 010, 050 and 050A all date received 23/05/2023, and updated covering letter date received 06/06/2023. NOTE The following change is considered to be minor and is accepted:

• Installation of new ground floor rear window.
