The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
BASIS OF APPLICATION
- 21(1) This is the only minor changes application that has been made in respect of any particular grant of planning approval.
- PASS - relates to 21/01424/B
- 21(2)(a) The Minor Change Application relates to the grant of planning approval in respect of a building
- - PASS - relates to Alterations and extensions to dwelling.
- 21(2)(b) The application specifies what minor changes are being sought
- o Item 1- Alteration to front door protection. Reason - Cover to entrance extended to the right in order to increase weather protection to the front door and people entering. Minor application - The proposal does not increase the footprint or height of the building.
- o Item 2 - Alteration to front door screen. Reason - To reduce visual intrusion into the hallway and provide a more appropriate location for a letter plate Minor application - There is no increase in footprint nor introduction of new materials or colours
Item 3 - Cladding orientation. Reason - cladding orientation changed from horizontal to vertical in order to reflect the verticality of the heavily treed locality. Minor application - There is no alteration to the cladding material or colour or building footprint.

Comment - The alteration of the front porch/door are raise no concerns and will have no impact upon public or private amenities. APPROVE

- o Item 3 - Cladding orientation; Comment - The vertical cladding is considered acceptable. APPROVED. This approval only relates to the following (all shown and described in the information received
