In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 9th May 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This permission relates to the change of use of ground floor from residential to a nursery as shown in drawings 1275-01 and Planning Statement received 15th March 2012.
- The approved change of use of the ground floor must be used only as a nursery and may be used only between 0900hrs and 1530hrs Monday to Friday. For clarification, no approval is hereby granted for the use of the premises as a nursery on Saturday or Sunday or outside the times stated above.
- The occupancy of the ground floor approved to be used as a nursery must not exceed 22 children at any one time.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
