TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr D Kennaugh & Mr I Jones, Ref 22/00431/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA 21/01542/B to alter hipped end of extension to gable end to accommodate one additional roof window at 9 Knock Rushen Scarlett Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1TQ .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This application relates to drawing numbers 01, 01/A, KR9/03 and KR9/04 all date stamped and received 05/04/2022 and email from the agent dated 27/04/2022. NOTE Change from hipped roof to gable roof and installation of roof light considered to be minor.
