TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Ameya Ltd, Ref 22/00392/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA 19/00719/B requesting the alteration to approved flue at Mona Cottage Marathon Terrace Queens Promenade Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 4NH .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to drawing number 02 Rev A and 8 pages of documents from PA 19/00719/B all date received 29/03/2022, and drawing number 01 Rev A and covering email both date received 26/04/2022.

NOTE Change to position and layout of flue considered minor. Date of Issue: 26th April 2022 Director of Planning and Building Control
