Department Of Local Government And The Environment ### Memorandum To: Jennifer Chance From: Chris Balmer Subject: Condition Date: 14/05/12 --- RE:- Construction of a raised concrete base, surrounding paved hardstanding, footpaths and four flag poles in connection with the proposed memorial site for the Mona’s Queen 3 anchor - Kallow Point, Clifton Road, Port St. Mary - 12/00344/B The following condition was attached to the approvals:- #### Condition 3 > “Prior to the commencement of works, samples of the proposed paving to be used in the development must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.” Further information includes a plan and samples of the materials used for the pathways, hardstanding around the anchor and the finish of the anchor plinth. It is considered the submitted information and samples are acceptable and it is therefore recommended that the condition be discharged.
