In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

Reason(S) For Refusal:
1) By reason of the signs style, finish, design and use of materials it is considered that the proposed development would not preserve or enhance the Conservation Area and would therefore be contrary to Environment Policy 35 and Environment Policy 37 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
