TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Onchan Pensioner Social Club, Ref 21/00390/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 20/00180/B involving the relocation of approved clubhouse at Fields 534017 & 534018 Blackberry Lane Onchan Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to the Cover Letter and drawings OAFC_IOM_127, OAFC_IOM_101 REV A and ONCHAN 128 all received on 09.04.2021. NOTE This approval relates to the relocation of approved clubhouse, all shown and described in the information received on 09.04.2021.
