In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mrs Claire Mulhern, Ref 21/00209/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 19/00870/B involving creation and removal of a window to side elevations at 1 King Orry Place Glen Vine Isle Of Man IM4 4EP.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision is based upon drawings 21/05/01, 21/05/02 and 21/05/03 all received on 3rd March, 2021. NOTE This approval relates to the omission of a window and installation of an additional window as shown in drawing 21/05/03 and 21/05/01 both received on 3rd March, 2021.
