TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Julian Wood, Ref 21/00193/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 20/00648/B involving relocation of approved garage (retrospective) at Ballakinnag House Shore Road Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5AZ .
Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to drawings 01, 04 Rev C and 05 Rev B received on 22nd February 2021. NOTE This approval relates to the moving of the garage by 1m towards the north west as shown and described in the information received on 22nd February 2021.
