TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Tesco Stores Ltd, Ref 21/00164/MCH, for the Minor Changes application to PA 19/01130/B involving alterations to the service yard and overflow carpark at Tesco Superstore Lake Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 5AF.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings P02, P04 & 2396gagAPLANAPPROVED all received on 18.02.2021

NOTE The applied changes are hereby approved in relation to the alterations to the service yard and overflow carpark, namely the reduction in footprint of the storeroom extension by the angled corner of the building to provide better access.
