TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes Limited, Ref 20/01470/MCH, for the Minor Changes application to PA 20/01033/B involving change of kitchen window to bifold doors and Plot 7 is handed so the garage is on the right at Plots 5, 6 & 7 Ballabeg Grove Main Road Glen Vine Isle Of Man IM4 4HZ .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision relates to drawings 030, 031, 032 and 033 all received on 21st December, 2020.

NOTE This approval relates to all of the minor changes proposed in this application: the handing of the property on plot 7 and the alteration of the kitchen windows in the houses on plots 5, 6 and 7.
