TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mrs Julie Cassidy, Ref 20/01355/MCH, for the Minor changes application to PA 18/00504/B involving alterations to windows and installation of patio doors at Field 234268 Douglas Road Kirk Michael Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision relates to drawings 02B, 03C, 04B and 05B all received on 23rd November, 2020. NOTE This approval relates to all of the minor changes proposed in this application: the alteations of windows and doors on plots 1 and 2 of the approved development.
