The above Application was discussed by the Commissioners at their meeting on Monday last.

The Commissioners resolved that they have support to the principle of the Application, They are, however, concerned at the access arrangements. The lane itself is the problem, not its access from the Main Road. The Commissioners would suggest that this lane is ether signalled. Provided with passing places or widened.
