Recent Planning Applications
The following Application has a consultation period that ends before the Commissioners are next due to meet. The next meeting is on Monday August and the matter will be considered in the light of any public comments received by members. It would be helpful, therefore, if consideration could be deferred until after the end of that week:
- 16/00106 - Detached Garage with store above at Treljah House, Treljah Lane, Glen Maye (Amended Plans)
- 16/00742 - New Highway Access and temporary relief road on Disused Railway Line, Foxdale
- 16/00751 - Variation of Condition 2 for land opposite Springfield Terrace, Foxdale
In respect of 16/00742, the matter will be discussed at a Public Meeting due to be held at St John's Primary School on August to which representatives of DoI have been invited. The Commisiosners would then consider the matter in confidential session at their meeting the following Monday and their submission dispatched the next day.
