Name: Mr Jimmy McGuire Proposal: Conversion of existing dwelling into four apartments at: 4 Mona Street Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2QD which was considered on 18th April 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of the existing dwelling into four apartments as shown in drawings 04 P1 received 26th November 2010, 01 P3 received 23rd December 2010, 06 P2 received 13th January 2011and 05 P3 received 11th March 2011.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
