In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 22nd February 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This consent relates to the demolition of an existing garage and workshop as shown in drawing numbers SM11/250/2 and SM11/250/6 date stamped 8th November 2011.
- No demolition works hereby approved shall commence until a contract for the redevelopment of the site, in accordance with Planning Permission 11/01129/B, has been signed and a copy of the contract has been lodged with and receipt acknowledged in writing by the Planning Authority.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
