CHIEF SECRETARY Will Greenhow ACMA
17th September 2015 Our Reference: L09-13/DF14/0039 Dear Sir/Madam,
Further to the decision letter for the above application issued by the Cabinet Office on 29th April 2015.
It has been brought to my attention that the decision letter should have been issued under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No.2) Order 2013 and not the Town and Country Planning (Registered Buildings) Regulations 2013. The reason to Condition 1 of the enclosed re-issued decision letter has been amended to reflect this.
The Inspector’s Note regarding drawing numbers was included as Condition 5 in the decision letter issued on 29th April 2015. In the re-issued decision letter the Note is no longer included as a Condition but as a Note following the Conditions.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Yours faithfully,
