In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 22nd February 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a farm workers dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings AT 1109.1 REV A, AT 1109.2 REV A, (two plans) AT 1109.3 REV A all received 15th September 2011 and site location plan dated 28th June 2011.
- The dwelling may be occupied only by a person or persons engaged in agriculture; or last engaged in agriculture on the Isle of Man, or a widow or widower of such a person, or any resident dependants.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
