General Policy 2
General Policy 2 permits development in accordance with land use zoning if it respects the site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design and landscaping; does not adversely affect the character of the surrounding landscape or townscape; and does not adversely affect the amenity of local residents or the character of the locality. The officer assessed the window replacements against these criteria, finding minimal impact on appearance, character, and no harm to neighbouring amenity due to no increase in size or new views.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the alterations to the windows as shown in drawings PD-002, PD-003 and PD-004 all received on 17th November, 2011.
