In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Name: Mr Colin Oates Proposal: Erection of an agricultural building at: West Kimmeragh Farm West Kimmeragh Road Bride Isle Of Man IM7 4BA

which was considered on 1st December 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 5th December 2011 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This permission relates to the erection of an agricultural building as shown in drawings CO/1/1, CO/1/2 and 11-21702 all received on 19th October, 2011.

1. The building must be used only for agricultural purposes.

1. Prior to the use of the new building hereby approved, the existing building indicated on the plans to be removed must be completely demolished and removed from site.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
