TO: Mr John Morris, Old Sail Loft, Shore Road Underway, Port St Mary

In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Infrastructure, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr John Morris Erection of a dwelling with off street parking - Plot adjacent to Old Sail Loft and Smith, Shore Road Underway, Port St Mary subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice
- This permission relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawings 10322/10B, 10322/11C, 10322/12C, 10322/13D, 10322/14D, 10322/15C and 10322/16B all received on 14th October 2011.
NOTE: The applicant is encouraged to liaise with the local authority in respect of the reinstatement of the memorial bench. Date of Issue: 30 April 2012 By Order of the Minister
