In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of office/retail unit to a cafe including the installation of new shop frontage, 26 Victoria Street, Douglas as shown by Location 1, Location 2, Elevation 01, Signage Details and Floor Plan received 17th January 2012.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
