Reason(S) For Refusal:
- Due to its design, size and siting, the proposed building would be tantamount to the erection of a dwelling in the countryside, contrary to General Policy 3 and Environment Policy 1 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
