In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19th September 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the erection of an extension to dwelling and installation of replacement and additional windows; as shown in the 1:1250 Location Plan, the 1:500 Site Plan, sheet 1 of 3 and sheet 2 of 3, all sate stamped 19 August 2011.

1. Notwithstanding the details on the approved drawings, the windows shall be sliding sash as proposed on the application form.

1. Prior to the commencement of construction works, a full method statement for measures to protect the nearby watercourse must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fisheries Division of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture prior to the submission of the method statement.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
