In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Bishop Barrow's Charity Proposal: Erection of a temporary classroom block at: Buchan School Arbory Road Castletown Isle of Man IM9 1RD
which was considered on 1st September 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a temporary classroom block as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing 2048/11 01 all received on 28th July 2011.
- This planning approval shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of erection of the temporary classroom block. After this time, unless permitted by any subsequent planning approval, the classroom block must be removed from the application site and the site restored back to its original state.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
