Care Property Preservation Ltd CSI Building Albert Road Ramsey Isle of Man In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Douglas Technical Ltd Proposal: Renovation works to office building (In association with 10/01717/CON) at: $\quad$ Finch House 24 Finch Road Douglas Isle of Man IM1 2PS which was considered on 16th February 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to renovation works, as shown in the following drawings; Basement (Existing), Basement (Proposed), Ground Floor (Existing), Ground Floor (Proposed), First Floor (Existing), Second Floor (Existing), Second Floor (Proposed), Front Elevation (Existing), Front Elevation (Proposed), Rear Elevation (Existing, Rear Elevation (Proposed), Right Gable Elevation (Existing), Right Gable Elevation (Proposed), Renewal of Decayed Porch Structure and detail of joists, all date stamped 22 November 2010.
- The replacement windows must be in a pattern identical to the originals, in terms of opening, glazing pattern and framing material (i.e. painted timber, not stained, Sliding
Sash). All details such as framing horns and any mouldings in the existing windows must be faithfully replicated.
- Prior to the commencement of works to the front porch, large scale (1:20) detail drawings of the proposed porch are to be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
