In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 30th August 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a garden shed/summer house as shown in the information and plans received on 22nd July, 2011.
- The roof of the shed must be finished in dark coloured felt shingle roof a sample of the colour of which must be approved by the Planning Authority prior to the completion of the shed.
- The shed may be used only for purposes ancillary to the occupation of the main dwelling as a private residence.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
